Zoom TV, Katha Media bring Bollywood stars to Facebook

MUMBAI: ZoomTV.in, the online property of Zoom Entertainment Network Limited, has partnered with Katha Media to launch 22 celebrity-themed applications on the social networking website Facebook.
The 22 Bollywood stars whose applications have been launched are Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, Hrithik Roshan, John Abraham, Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Madhuri Dixit, Preity Zinta, Rajnikanth, Saif Ali Khan, Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, Kajol, Mallika Sherawat, Anil Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Rani Mukherji.
Katha Media is a Bollywood applications developer. The applications allow users to interact with stars by engaging in fan trivia, reading or posting news, viewing or adding photos and video, and allowing them to relive glorious moments on film by voting and sharing them with friends.
Popular content generated through the application will find itself on the channel in the form of interactive tickers.
