Ajay is Planning to Release YMAH by Jan. 2008

I read a recent interview for Ajay where he revealed some info. about YHAH , he said he is planning to release the movie by Jan.2008 and he chose Kajol because she suites the role not because she is his wife .. he aslo said that the story is very original and its not inspired from The Note Book .

I'm so curious!! And It looks like a long time Jass, but it will be our first new Kajol movie after Fanaa. So it will be worth the waiting. At least we can guess her look in the movie. Cause on the Mahurat she had redish/brown high lights!!

I read the whole interview hoping to get some info. about it but he didn't say anything about the story niether their roles :(

hmm january 2008..next year its so long..she has no realase for this year?? man that is very sad...i though we get to see this movie en of this year...:( anway better he takes time for a good qualitly movie, thatn realasing earlier a bad movie. I was thinking about the movie 2day and I think Ajay may not release the movie on January for 2 reasons , 1st most of the producers believe that January isn't a good month and it has been known for years that most of the movies that release on the first 2 weeks of that month FLOP .. 2nd , Jodha Akbar is releasing on Jan. 26 and it won't be a wise decision to clash with it or release it within a week before or after :hmmm:

My feeling is that Ajay and Kads will defy those kind of superstitions and will stick to their original date of release that they planned to do in January.

In the case of Guru , the producer was forced to release it early January because the movie has been postponded , it was supposed to release on Dec.2006 and they couldn't postpond it more because there was biggies lined up to release ..

I feel that AJ going to take that (the bad period thingi) in consideration , he believes in such things :hmmm:

You are so right Sarah... I have even thought about this date thing you know... As far as I know RCC was released in a december which turned out to be a bad luck too... Dec/Jan are bad timing for film buisness i guess.... Thats the case with majority of films which are released during this time... Since Ajay cant release it during Oct/Nov (Diwali?) I prefer him to postpone the film to like for end of february or early march...:hmmm: I guess we need to take this matter to Ajay's board....:grin:
