Recently, the Badshah of Bollywood was asked 'If you were made the Prime Minister of India for a day what is the one thing that you would do?' Shahrukh treats the question with humor, “I have trouble running my office, running a country is way off!” he muses. “I think I am the wrong person for such a job”
“But since you have asked, I would like to do something for women. I love women and have immense respect for them,” he says. “This might be slightly un-ministerly to say but I did like to build public utilities for women. I find it appalling to watch women being subjected to a situation where they have to make do without latrines. I have seen a lot of this happen in rural India. So I sure want to do something about it,” he informs.
“Besides that, I quite agree with what Madhu Sapre said during her Miss Universe pageant which is to encourage women into sports. I am a sportsman myself and I think the female participation is almost negligible. That is a cause I would root for” the dimpled delight ends.
