<font color='#348781'>Do you think your parents would allow you to marry someone double your age?
No, no, no! They never would! Jenny loved unconditionally! She knew that that relationship was not going anywhere but she lived that moment. There was no hypocrisy in her feelings for JC (Victor Banerjee). I personally would never be able to love someone so unconditionally. That too when it has no future! I’m a pessimist! I look at the downfall first! Also I’m very much the good kid- Perizaad- the one who always listens to her parents-the one who would never even think of hurting them, et al. Forget marrying a man double my age, I don’t think my parents were comfortable with the idea of me being an actress, honestly. When I took up Bollywood Calling, they thought that I would just do this one film and call it quits. They never thought that I would get other offers to act in films. That’s why they are the most scared for me today because, as I just said, every script that I get there is some hot scene included in it. For them it is like our daughter has come this far; hope she is not compelled to chuck it all up because of some lousy scripts coming her way. Which is why I have decided I’m not going to do anything that is going to embarrass them. I cannot let them down. Also, if I compromise once, I will be made to compromise continuously. That is ultimately going to break me down. I was just chatting with Nagesh Kukunor the other day and he told me, “Perizaad don’t get pressured by trends! Ultimately you do what you feel is right!” I want to walk away like Kajol, Rani and Preity without any liability attached to my name.
